About the project

Bellaguna Golf Residences is a residential project by Banyan Group in Laguna Phuket, next to the Laguna Golf Phuket course. Five interconnected low-rise buildings are oriented towards the golf course, landscaped spaces and lagoons. The project offers 1–3 bedroom apartments and 2–3 bedroom penthouses. Open-plan layouts combine living and dining areas with private terraces and balconies. Some ground-level residences feature a private pool or garden access. The shared infrastructure includes four planned free-form pools, terraces, lounges and barbecue areas set within landscaped surroundings. The project is managed by Banyan Group and is designed for year-round living. Residents have access to Laguna Phuket's infrastructure: the golf course, restaurants, spa, Canal Village, Laguna Wellness by BDMS, and a transport network with buses and boats. Bang Tao Beach, RAVA Beach Club and the Boat Avenue district are nearby. According to the developer, a trip to Phuket International Airport takes about 25 minutes by car.
