About the project

Banyan Tree Beach Residences Nammu is a project of four-storey townhouses by Banyan Group Residences, located near the coast in Laguna Phuket. The homes feature three bedrooms, two multifunctional spaces and a private pool. The residences are oriented towards sea views to the west and mountain views to the east. The entrance first level includes a spacious living and entertainment area and a space that can be customised to individual needs. The second level houses three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a walk-in wardrobe. The third level features the main living and dining areas with panoramic windows. The top, fourth level is occupied by a private pool and open-air terraces with dining and lounge areas. Nearby are Bang Tao Beach, Banyan Tree Phuket, Laguna Golf Phuket, RAVA Beach Club and Canal Village. The project is currently under construction; the planned completion date is December 2026.
