Angsana Oceanview Residences Phuket is a completed residential complex by Banyan Group Residences by the lagoon in Laguna Phuket. Construction was completed in 2025. Three low-rise buildings house 33 residences; the hotel component associated with the project includes 116 rooms. The complex offers 2–3 bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses. Residence area is approximately 173–400 m². Each residence has a private infinity pool and a spacious open-air terrace with views of the lagoon and the Andaman Sea. Layouts include open-plan living and dining areas and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the penthouses, the lower level houses the private living area, while the upper level offers a relaxation space and a private pool. Residents have access to the service and infrastructure of the neighboring Angsana Laguna Phuket: restaurants, spa, fitness center, resort pools and beach areas. A transport network with buses and boats operates within Laguna Phuket. Nearby are Bang Tao Beach, RAVA Beach Club, Laguna Golf Phuket, Canal Village and the Boat Avenue area. According to the developer, the drive to Phuket International Airport takes about 25–30 minutes by car.
