Avadina Hills by Anantara

About the project

Avadina Hills by Anantara is a complex of 22 private villas set on landscaped slopes above Layan Beach on Phuket's west coast. The homes combine clean lines, natural materials and panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. Plot sizes range from 2,785–3,715 m², while total villa area spans 2,452–3,373 m². Residences are available with 3–7 bedrooms and private pools. Sliding glazing unites the interior spaces with terraces and the garden. Living and dining areas are complemented by a show kitchen and a separate service kitchen. The finishes feature granite and teak. Residents have access to the infrastructure of the neighbouring Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, reached via a dedicated residents' road: resort pools, a fitness centre, Anantara Spa, the Chang kids' club, the Active Zone sports area and the Beach House with restaurants and a rooftop bar. Dining and wellness services are also offered within the residence. The surroundings include Layan and Nai Thon beaches and the Laguna Phuket complex. According to the project's information, Phuket International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
